Job Responsibilities

General responsibilities:
  • Manage operating departmental project budgets and costs according annual allocation ensure efficient allocation of resources, where applicable
  • Lead, moni r, report and update overall administration project portfolio progression, track resource utilization ensure projects meet objectives/timelines
  • Facilitate administration project requirements, negotiate needs and expectations, translate in functional outcomes
  • Plan and develop project plans, tasks and associated communication documentations as part of the project management activities
  • Moni r and manage concurrent administration projects ensuring across-the-broad delivery against defined deliverables
  • Ensure delivery of administration projects within time-lines, consistently meeting and exceeding cus mer expectations
  • Plan, define and control budgeted time, administration project's costs and ensure billing for chargeable projects promptly
  • Define, develop and process procedure for moni ring compliance with project management processes and guidelines
  • Become a sought-after in-house expert for selected industries/functions
  • Consistently engage and communicate with business/stakeholders on requirements and progress
  • Act as a gatekeeper for stakeholder relations and help extend administration project deliverables

Leadership responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee team’s delivery of team/function goals drive execution against goals set 
  • Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Project Management/Administration and DKSH behaviors achieve team/function goals 
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Project Management/Administration and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning 

Job Requirements

Functional skills and knowledge:
  • Demonstrate knowledge in project management or PMP certified
  • Demonstrate in-house consulting/project management skills with projects and manpower responsibility 
  • Proven advanced numeracy and excellent quantitative analysis
  • Ability produce graphic representations of analytical data for presentations
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity ols (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

Soft skills:
Communication Skill
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Work experience:
  • Minimum five eight years’ experience in a similar role
  • Minimum two three years’ experience in a managerial capacity
