Summary of Job Description:
Manage projects by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on patients & HCPs needs. Work closely with vendors to manage expenditure, contracts and develop materials required to drive success. This role offers highly-driven individuals the opportunity to be accountable for their projects and to be able to report their success to the business.
Major Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute high-impact Patient Care projects that are innovative and clinically/financially supported to drive better patient outcomes.
+ Provide direction, updates and support to project team / key stakeholders and management.
+ Regularly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders and direct management, including attendance of regular Work In Progress meetings with Patient Care team.
+ Work with internal cross functions groups and external partners to insure integration and consistency of business strategies and regulatory compliance of promotional material.
+ Assist with development of marketing collaterals for various patient support programs
+ Assist with content and campaign developments and manage / consolidate Promomats materials
+ Maintain ongoing contact with key stakeholders (internally and externally) as required for the ongoing success of projects whilst ensuring deliverables / timeframes are met.
+ Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
+ Represent the Patient Care Team on selected forums.
+ Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal / compliance requirements demands and ethical standards.Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products
Education/Experience
+ Demonstrated excellence in execution in project management.
+ Minimum 2-3 years' healthcare/marketing/project management experience.
+ Knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
+ Good knowledge of computer based programs including Excel, PowerPoint and project management software/databases.
+ Extensive experience in coordinating the delivery of multiple projects.
+ Experience in developing marketing materials including Digital
+ Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
+ Understanding of Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
