Through TheFork (website and app), as well as through TripAdvisor, users can easily select a restaurant, consult user reviews, check real-time availability & instantly book online. Local Project Manager & Business Transformation Advisor

You will play a key role in supporting the organization with planning & executing the integration of Australia’s systems & operations (ex Dimmi) into TheFork’s services, which we refer to as ‘AU Integration Program’.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities
1. Switch the Australian B2C ecosystem – comprised of Web, Apps & several partnerships – onto the TF platform. This will require the integration of products, back-office tools, as well as business processes. The estimated duration of this project is 9 to 12 months.

Local Project Management
You will be in charge of project managing the day-to-day activities related to the launch plan, & will ultimately ensure that the company meets the goals of the integration program as stated by the Sponsor. You will coordinate a number of working “Streams”, each driven by central and local business owners in several locations (Sydney, Paris, Barcelona), across Product, Platform, Sales, Marketing, Data Migration, SSC, Legal, Finance.
Responsibilities:
• Help coordinating the product gap analyses on topics such as web interfaces, applications, promotions, partnerships, but also back-office tools, & provide all contextual information to facilitate the decision making process with the relevant stakeholders
• Build a project charter, with documented goals, owners, & KPI’s from which a detailed integration roadmap will be derived for each stream, completed with deliverables, milestones and a timeline

Business Transformation Advisor
You will have a voice & opportunity to work as a proxy of the Area Manager & collaborate closely with the other senior leaders & business managers in the organization to influence the broader integration strategy & operational needs, while driving change across disparate areas of the local business.
Responsibilities:
• Audit existing business processes, resources & systems, proposing & overseeing changes to the local infrastructure based on the needs of the organization, in order to drive compliance with corporate practices. This also includes aligning the local rhythm of the business to the requirements of the Area (i.e. adoption of common key performance indicators, business reviews & other events)
• Help local teams understand the company more fully & communicate the reasons behind any restructure or change

Skills & Experience

  • Master Degree
    • Fluent in English, both written & spoken. French is a plus.
    • 5-7 years in a similar industry
    • Ability to effectively & quickly synthesize disparate information into clear recommendations, actions & decisions
    • Project management skills, ability to develop & execute processes that facilitate collaboration, leadership team effectiveness & impact
    • Proven effectiveness driving multi-stakeholder planning processes, leading cross-team programs to desired results, & managing risk
    • Ability to rapidly gain/build trust & confidence of internal & external stakeholders
