For the area "Engineering, Product and Project Quality" we are looking for a "Project Quality Assurer (f/m/d)" for the next possible date at the location Ulm.
This area will ensure that the processes are effectively applied to the project and the product, taking into account the contractual requirements, and that the project-relevant QA tasks are efficiently completed. This ensures that the project and product objectives are achieved within the performance, time and cost framework with low risk.
Independent work in project teams as project and product manager Quality Manager (PQA) in international projects
Assurance of compliance of processes (HMS) under consideration of contractual requirements and project-relevant quality assurance tasks as well as ensuring the implementation of the QA plan up to product delivery
Analysis and implementation of customer requirements in addition to the company standard
Assurance of the risk-minimized achievement of the project goals within quality, time and cost limits
Plan and execution of all quality assurance tasks over the entire product life cycle
Creation of project-related QA documents, e.g. QA plan, process assurance plan, inspection schedule as well as reviews of project, verification and QA documents
Performance of project and supplier audits and reviews
Customer and supplier support in project-related quality assurance topics
Confirmation of product conformity with regard to legal regulations and contract requirements
Implementation and monitoring of the internal phase review process and risk register consolidation
Reporting on QA-related processes and tasks
The willingness for business trips is assumed.
Degree in computer science, aerospace, industrial engineering or comparable
Several years of Experience in quality management or in development
Founded Knowledge of quality management systems and their application
Knowledge of risk and requirements management applications
Knowledge of civil development standards (RTCA-DO/178/254) advantageous
Team spirit, assertiveness, communication and consensus skills.
Ability to work independently in a complex environment
Ability to give presentations on project results or complex issues to internal and external partners
Very good German and good English skills
