Advisian’s Clients & Markets Team plays an integral role in driving cadence and rigor in client engagement, pursuit and business development activities that support the sustainable growth and success of Advisian. We have a global network of superstars who are passionate about delivering value to our clients. 

The role

We are looking for an exceptional Proposal Coordinator to be part of our dynamic, fast paced team. There will never be a dull moment as you work with a diverse, multidisciplinary workforce to develop high quality proposals. You’ll be involved across the full opportunity lifecycle, working with our Leads to create the pursuit strategy, craft compelling value propositions, project manage pursuits, through to presentation, negotiation and handover.  You’ll also be a valued contributor to our global pursuits knowledge base and support continuous improvement initiatives.

As the champion of business development activities across NSW, you will also be involved in our Key Account program, Client Feedback and go-to-market Sector and Service Line strategies.  We’d love a master storyteller – someone who can masterfully write/copywrite engaging and well-written content.

Our ideal candidate

  • Degree in a relevant discipline – Business, Communications or Marketing is preferred

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role (experience in professional services environment highly desirable)

  • Possess working knowledge of marketing principles and practices

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong influencing ability with advanced stakeholder and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated experience in copywriting

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work well in a high-pressure environment

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

  • Adobe InDesign an advantage. 

  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously and in a team environment.

  • Proven experience in NSW government tendering requirements and procedures will be an advantage.
