Proposal Manager

Your tasks
As mentioned above in this position your main task is to co-ordinate the preparation of Technical and Commercial Proposals in response to Customers’ Request For Quotation (RFQ) assembling a proposal team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to win the order. This means you are responsible for the introduction and implementation of all necessary procedures and processes, coordinating the proposal process including definition of robust costing and delivery schedule, preparing the actual proposals in coordination with Sales and Market Development Manager. In general this means:
+ Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
+ Engage and motivate various internal departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals
+ Communicate and influence at a senior level
+ Assure Document Template Management in line with company branding
Your Profile
You show an ability in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment and have experience in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings, coordinating proposal governance / sign off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal. This experience you gained preferably within an Upstream O&G process package manufacturer. Before starting your professional career you successfully ended a BSc in engineering (mechanical is preferred).
Needless to say that in this position you have a customer- and service focussed attitude, as well as the ability to be flexible, work under pressure and handle challenging deadlines. Strong time management hand in hand with prioritization skills in a multinational working environment is not new to you. Working in an international environment also means that you are fluent in English (spoken/written), any other additional language is considered a plus.
