We are seeking dynamic and passionate registered psychologist to work across the whole domain of Workplace Wellness. We are looking for a Psychologist who will:

  • Meaningful conversation with employers, health practitioners and employees to promote and improve workplace well-being practices
  • Return to work Case management for injured workers
  • Initial and Vocational Assessments
  • Psycho-education to increase the mental health literacy of the Australian workforce
  • Direct support to clients with both physical and psychological diagnosis using a structured health coaching approach
  • Participating in pilots and research to design and implement new ways of working with injury and illness
  • Working with a variety of stakeholders - injured clients, employers, insurers, treating health practitioners - to facilitate a safe and sustainable return to work
  • Use innovative strategies in the early intervention space
  • Opportunity to perform Mediation and Conflict resolution Services as required
Deliver a range of our Healthy Mind Services including:
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Early intervention and injury management services
  • Workplace group education sessions
  • Positivum™ biopsychosocial program

  • Rehabilitation experience - ideal but not essential
