Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled backend engineer with strong expertise in  Python development and AI systems . In this role, you will design and build scalable platforms, develop AI-powered agents, and work on real-time voice applications.
What You'll Do
Design and develop scalable  backend services using Python
Build  microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures
Develop  AI-powered agents  using LLM frameworks and multi-agent systems
Work on  voice systems  using STT/TTS and real-time streaming
Integrate  APIs, vector databases, and RAG-based architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and  mentor junior engineers
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in  Python backend development
Hands-on experience with  LLMs and AI agent frameworks
Strong understanding of  distributed systems and scalable architectures
Experience in  API design, microservices, and cloud environments
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
Experience with  voice systems (STT/TTS)  and real-time architectures
Exposure to  MCP or similar AI frameworks
Experience building  AI copilots or multi-modal systems
