Railsbank is the world’s leading global open banking platform that gives customers “access to global financial services” with 5 lines of code.
The company was founded by serial finTech entrepreneurs who previously founded successful and award winning companies like Evolution and Currency Cloud.
The Railsbank platform is an enabler for customers like finTechs, brands and traditional financial services firms to launch any financial services use-case they can think of using Railsbank’s super simple set of APIs, financial operations capabilities, regulatory licenses and partner network. Railsbank is a one-stop shop for a “bank in a box”.
Since starting in 2016 in London the company has expanded across Europe, launched in Singapore and is currently extending capabilities in SE Asia, USA and Australia.
The success of Railsbank has been purely down to the high-performance team who have an unwavering believe in a set of core values that unite us. Through building a team on core values means that we are also a diverse and inclusive team. For example, Railsbank are the only FinTech in the world with a 50:50 male:female employee ratio.
The team’s performance has been recognized through both customer successes and Railsbank winning many awards including being in the FinTech50 (Europe’s top 50 FinTech companies) for two years in a row.
We are now scaling the company across Europe and SE Asia and looking for exceptional people who share the same core values to join team Railsbank.
We are expanding our Software Development team in Europe and are now looking for a talented and motivated QA Automation Engineers to join us as soon as possible. Our platform is largely a modern RESTful API, although some frontend tools are part of our stack. Our API docs are available at docs.railsbank.com.
We are continuously ensuring the best quality of our technology platform. Our QA engineers are an integral part of our Product team and are responsible for building ‘quality in’ rather than testing after.
Railsbank is growing very rapidly, but remains a small company in which staff are required to contribute to many aspects of their departments’ roles in the wider business. The rate of change is very fast, and the role may also require work being undertaken, sometimes at short notice.
