About You

We are seeking a full time experienced Quality Coordinator to work alongside all levels of management and key staff across the organisation.

This role involves supporting our Residential Facilities to fulfil their quality requirements ensuring accreditation ready at all times and accreditations are achieved and maintained.

This role is responsible for the ongoing reviews, analysis, regular reporting  of audits, continuous improvement, and supports management development and evaluation of the company's Quality and Regulatory Compliance Programs.  The role provides hands on support to the sites with actioning of gaps identified and as needed training of the nursing staff in quality and compliance requirements and other solutions to support continuous improvement. 

A driver’s licence and fully insured and maintained vehicle is an essential requirement of this role. The position will be centrally located in Melbourne however, will be required to travel on a regular basis to our facilities located in both Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria with occasional overnight accommodation provided.

Key Requirements


  • Registration with AHPRA as a Division 1 or 2 Registered Nurse and significant work experience in Aged Care.
  • Strong knowledge of and ability to implement Accreditation Standards in compliance with Quality Programs.
  • Advanced Computer Skills
  • Knowledge and Experience in Internal Auditing and quality compliance
  • High level interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
  • Australian Driving Licence and insured and maintained vehicle
  • Current valid Police Clearance and a Valid Australian Working Visa are required prior to employment
  • Smart Phone and Home Internet

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience and knowledge of E-Case (Health Metrics) highly desired
  • Ability to train small groups or individuals on Quality Compliance, best practice
  • Demonstrates innovative thinking
  • Demonstrated experience in similar role

  • Salary Packaging - as a Not-for-Profit organisation we provide the ability for our staff to salary package up to $16,173 per annum of your salary (inclusive of salary packaging and the administration fee) which significantly increases the take home value of your remuneration package. Additionally, you can salary package meals, entertainment and facility hire expenses including holiday accommodation up to a maximum of $2,550 per annum.
