Lead the study and implementation of best practices on quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance
Continuously monitor and evaluate changes in the quality plan for the entire production of the company and ensure that the production and quality teams are aligned
Create a culture of quality consciousness for all products of PVC, PET and Thermoforming through the team
Lead training programs as needed and ensure complete implementation of Quality Checks
Follow and implement ISO, SEDEX, BRC, OHSHAS accreditation requirements
Lead customers interactions by production and quality teams on new developments and customer complaints
Analyze customer complaints and ensure corrective and preventive action is implemented
Evaluate new raw materials, draw comparisons with the one in use and plan to incorporate in our plan to improve quality with cost reduction
Keep track of new QC techniques and prepare plans for implementation
Ensure briefing of management through periodic MIS

Proficient with testing procedures and machines
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Impeccable communication and presentation skills including PPT's, Proficient in MS Office
Should possess leadership skills
In depth understanding of quality control principles and techniques
Qualification
BE-Plastic Engineering / CIPET or relevant experience in the plastic field
Experience
10+ years of experience of working in a plant as a Quality Manager in a plastic packaging company having a turnover of around 200 Cr
The experience should be in a company that is BRC and SEDEX compliant
