Due to a recent internal relocation, our Adelaide office is seeking a passionate and experienced injury management professional to come on board as a Quality and Performance Manager. The dual role involves both management and clinical tasks including:
  • Supervising and mentoring staff within the multidisciplinary team;
  • Implementing systems to improve and drive positive outcomes for our clients;
  • Completion of Quality Assurance report checking for staff, ensuring that quality is maintained across the team;
  • Completing strategic file reviews to drive timely, successful outcomes;
  • Identifying and implementing appropriate training within the team to aid continued improvement in line with industry standards;
  • Conducting a range of different assessment services in line with your professional qualification;
  • Case management (reduced case load) across various jurisdictions including RTWSA, CTP, Life Insurance, NDIS and private industry. 
About you:
  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Exercise Physiologist;
  • 3+ years experience in vocational rehabilitation service provision;
  • Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain);
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Excellent time management;
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving;
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
