We are developing a modern B2B SaaS platform and are looking for experienced contract resources to help move the application from MVP toward a secure, maintainable, production-ready product. The platform includes multiple user roles, secure data access, workflow-driven screens, dashboards, approvals, reporting, and third-party integrations.
Role Summary
We are seeking a React / TypeScript Frontend Developer to help build and improve a modern B2B SaaS web application. This role will focus on creating clean, professional, user-friendly interfaces across multiple user portals and workflow-heavy screens. The ideal candidate can translate product requirements into polished, intuitive UI while maintaining clean component structure and consistent design patterns. This role requires strong attention to detail, good UX judgment, and the ability to preserve existing design improvements while continuing to enhance the application.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend screens using React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS
- Develop reusable UI components for forms, tables, dashboards, cards, status indicators, filters, modals, and navigation
- Implement role-aware and permission-aware frontend behavior
- Translate workflow requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Improve layout consistency, spacing, responsiveness, and usability
- Integrate frontend screens with REST APIs
- Maintain consistency across multiple user-facing portals
- Support dashboard, queue, approval, and detail-view interfaces
- Identify and fix UI regressions
- Work with backend developers to define frontend data needs
- Help improve overall product polish and enterprise SaaS usability
Required Qualifications
- Strong React experience
- Strong TypeScript experience
- Experience with Vite
- Experience with Tailwind CSS
- Experience consuming REST APIs
- Strong understanding of component-based frontend architecture
- Ability to build clean, professional SaaS-style interfaces
- Strong attention to spacing, alignment, responsive behavior, and visual consistency
- Ability to work from written requirements and screenshots/mockups
- Ability to troubleshoot frontend build and rendering issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with .NET-hosted React applications
- Experience building B2B SaaS dashboards or workflow applications
- Experience with multi-role or multi-portal applications
- Experience with accessibility best practices
- Experience with design systems or component libraries
- Experience with complex forms, status workflows, queues, or approval interfaces
- Background in HR tech, staffing tech, marketplace platforms, or operations software
