Your tasks at elopage
- You are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting of the positions you are in charge of
- You find suitable talents by using different sourcing strategies
- You screen candidates and conduct interviews using proven interview techniques
- You guarantee an excellent Candidate Experience during the entire recruiting process
- You represent and promote our employer brand by visiting tech-meetups, job fairs etc.
Your ideal skill set
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in in-house recruiting, ideally in a SaaS company or start-up
- You have already successfully filled junior, senior and management positions in the past
- You are characterized by an entrepreneurial way of thinking and a hands-on mentality
- You enjoy networking
- You have a very good understanding of the different positions that are relevant in SaaS companies
- You speak German on a native level and fluent English
