Job Description

We are looking to hire an Associate Student Recruitment Manager to be based in Bangkok, Thailand. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Bellerbys recruitment effort in Bangkok. This role is responsible for student recruitment and revenue targets at the three Bellerbys Colleges and works alongside our agent-facing Partner Sales team to deliver sector-leading product sales and an effective and sustainable growth strategy.
This role will work across our Agent, Feeder and Digital channels, build Partner Sales Team and Agent Customer knowledge for brands within portfolio and hold ownership for recruitment activities in line with partner or account plans.
Key Responsibilities:
+ To be the Product subject matter expert, providing product thought leadership
+ New student enrolment responsibility for Product across all Channels
+ Drive Centre/Product sales plan & execution
+ Creation & execution of Sales Action Plan with Partner Sales
+ Deliver product education and training across Partner Sales, Agent, Feeder and Digital network.
+ Deliver efficient and effective agent group training and launches.
+ Document FAQs and localise / cascade sales and marketing materials
+ Own assessment of product opportunities (go/no-go )
+ Support brand marketing with pricing/competitor insights and product/centre scoping
+ Specify market specific product requirements (entry requirements) and escalate issues to Product Area Lead for resolution
+ Coordinate college in market visits and market insights
+ Work with in-market teams to identify needs and work with marketing to make available localised product materials for all key markets
+ Ensure effective distribution and training of programmes / usage marketing materials
+ Represent centres/brand at exhibitions and recruitment events and ensure NSE budgets are met by centre/program.
+ Identify specific opportunities and highlight to Regional Director
+ Lead on market organisation relationships e.g. BC Consulates etc. in partnership with Partner Sales Manager
+ Comply with Study Group policies and applicable laws including those in relation, but not limited to: Workplace Health and Safety; Anti-Discrimination and Harassment, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption and those specifically relevant to the position and authority of the job holder.
Capabilities & Experience Required:
+ Tertiary educated, preferably from a UK university. (Fresh Graduates with keen interest in Sales & Marketing welcomed to apply)
+ Fluency in English & Thai.
+ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Strong target-driven sales and account management skills.
+ Experience in product sales and marketing, ideally through an agency and direct distribution model.
+ Strong numeracy and IT skills, with ability to prepare and analyse reports
+ Willing to travel regularly.
+ CRM knowledge, preferably salesforce.com.
+ Experience in successfully executing conversion and sales strategies.
+ Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry.
+ Understanding of the UK education system.
+ Demonstrated record in managing expenditure within a budget.
+ Experience in digital marketing and/or knowledge of the Thai blogging community preferred.
