Driving AU-Bancassurance Channel 1) Build a productive and motivated Banca network and Full Time Employees - RM/SRM and CSM's. 2) Responsible for liaison with Bank Partner. 3) Leveraging the business through Training initiatives and its delivery Scripting the business growth • Achieve desired activity/productivity targets through the respective RM/SRM & Cluster Sales Managers . Execution of the Annual Business on Revenue & Distribution targets • Review sales reports to study progress. Review and monitor performance of all branches and Cluster sales managers. Review sales reports to identify aspects requiring personal attention & support. ensure regional activities are according to annual plan & target. • Monitoring and driving the AU-Bancassurance model to achieve desired business plans and career aspirations for FLS and CSM's. • Ensuring competition mapping and awareness in the local markets and feed HO with information for advance planning. • Ensure availability of the required number of trained CSM and RM/SRM and support resources in all areas; Monitor recruitments and induction of employees. • Responsible for managing, monitoring, evaluation and rewarding of CSM/FLS on time to time basis. • Ensure CSM & FLS achieve thier goals as prescribed from time to time • Lead and guide identified colleagues by providing them with performance feedback, training and the required growth opportunities to ensure that subordinates are developed for higher-level roles • Assist in identifying better recruitment technique for FLS. • Ensure all incentive schemes and plans are well implemented • Coach Cluster Sales Manager on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets. Support: 1) Act as the overall incharge for the Region and ensure it's smooth functioning within the policy, procedures and guidelines of the company. 2) Support all functions within the region such as Administration, Human Capital, Operations, Finance, Channel Development, Learning & Development and Non Life team members.
