The Role: Central EMEA Marketing Manager (DACH & Benelux)

Due to accelerated growth in EMEA we are looking for a seasoned B2B marketing manager for the DACH and Benelux markets.


This exciting new role based in our new Frankfurt office, and is responsible for increasing market awareness, lead generation and driving 40% of our annual bookings for our integrated receivables solution in the Enterprise market ( t/o above $1bn).


HighRadius is fast paced and innovative so we are looking for someone who can quickly orientate themselves around business goals and take the lead on developing and executing a localised lead acquisition plan to help fuel our regional success. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional marketing plan that will deliver the required 40% ARR contribution from marketing aligned to annual business goals
  • Build the plan to include multiple channels - utlising on and offline programmes and events, to create multi touch experiences for our target audience.
  • Build and manage the marketing plan against a given budget reporting and being accountable for expenditure
  • Develop strong campaign architectures that utilise compelling content to guide prospects through the stages of the busing cycle building intent and interest for HighRadius solutions
  • Leverage the efficiencies of the sales and marketing tech stack for accurate program execution
  • Partner with the product marketing teams to build a repository of local language, persona and market specific content that can be used in multiple channels.
  • Build strong commercial partnerships with relevant local vendors to generate high exposure and lead generation for HighRadius
  • Establish KPIs and forecast expected outcomes through MQL/SQL and pipeline metrics. Monitor, report and evaluate success applying the appropriate pivots to ensure the expected outcome is delivered.
  • Contract and project manage regional digital and live events from logistics through to speaker engagements, content and meeting schedules
  • Build a programme of thought leadership to accelerate brand awareness and position HighRadius as an O2C category leader in the regions.
  • Evaluate, report and communicate cumulative marketing performance internally to sales and marketing management
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of the procurement and payment process for 3rd party progammes.


Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience leading global B2B Enterprise SaaS campaigns.
  • Thorough understanding of full-funnel demand gen strategy, and persona mapping to buyer’s journey.
  • Customer centric - ability to build and apply compelling campaigns around audience requirements - business and personal
  • Expert executor, proactive problem solving, resourceful and excellent attention to detail.
  • Growth mindset with experience of alignment to sales and business goals
  • An avid desire to continually learn and expand skill set.
  • Innovator not scared to push boundaries and think creatively
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills. You relish managing and working with a cross-functional team to deliver world-class campaigns and events.
  • Outstanding ability to effectively communicate strategy and results at multiple altitudes, from leadership to functional partners.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated experience optimizing and improving results with data and with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of high performance while working in a fast-growing company.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Martech Savvy - Experience working with lead automation tools ( Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot),Salesforce.com, Reachdesk, Outreach etc
  • Native speaker or fluency in oral and written German.
  • Ability to write / audit compelling content for email, demand gen and the web
