Regional Recruiting Manager

The Regional Recruiting Manager position oversees all of Nevada and has a team that is spread across Las Vegas. This position is responsible to develop recruiting, sourcing and retention strategies and related action plans while implementing best practices to support the talent needs of the organization. The Recruiting Manager will be the primary liaison between senior leadership and the site recruiting team. They will use various traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques, as well as participate in the development, implementation and administration of creative and strategic processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:
+ Develop and foster close working relationships with business leaders(SVP,VP, DOS), HR Director and hiring managers to drive a clear view of short, medium and long term staffing priorities
+ Identifying, interviewing, and hiring sales professionals.
+ Effectively recruiting and managing the site sales hiring process.
+ Manage and operate a department budget.
+ Understand and adhere to licensing process.
+ Event planning for Career Nights and other off site activities.
+ Prepare weekly and monthly site staffing reports measuring successful hires, attrition, source generation, and production.
+ Proactively source candidates directly via the internet, newspaper, social networking, or other creative advertising.
+ Manage site recruiting media campaigns including method, content and distribution within budget criteria.
+ Establish and implement a yearly recruiting action plan.
+ Establish and implement a yearly retention action plan
+ Establish and maintain relationships with local colleges
+ Traveling involved (15% of the time)
Previous Experience :

+ 3-5 years high volume recruiting
+ 2-5 years Leadership Experience
+ Ability to interface with all levels of management and diversity in a professional manner.
+ Proven track record of solid recruiting metrics
+ Detail orientated and strong organization skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented
+ Ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently with minimal supervision
+ Excellent written and oral communication
+ Ability to multi-task
+ Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and ability to handle pressure
+ Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making
+ Ability to influence and work within matrix organization
+ High level of comfort interacting with Senior Leaders
+ Previous responsibility for a departmental budget
+ Strong computer skills Microsoft, Excel, Power Point
