• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Self-driven individual with revenue closing experience and pipeline building
  • Identify and qualify high ticket deals and opportunities.
  • Must have knowledge on leading cloud services like AWS/Azure/Digital Ocean
  • Support Sales Managers with day-to-day sales operation
  • Evaluate individual performances
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Forecast weekly/Monthly/quarterly with Sales pipeline and closures
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of expertise in the field of AWS services sales/B2B sales.
  • Solid understanding of technical applications used for selling such as MS Office Suite, etc
  • Presentable, Smart, Having Good Powerpoint Presentation/Excel Skills.
  • Must have exceptionally good communication.
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired, Ability to develop trusted relationships.
  • Ability and resilience to work in a fast paced sales environment.
  • Proven record of success achieving and exceeding quotas.
