Randstad has partnered up with a reputable Insurance firm who is going through an exciting time as they grow and expand business-wide.

  • Develop and implement the training curriculum
  • Design, organise and deliver training and development activities to the corporate staff and management team
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of various training programs
  • Coordinate with subsidiaries on various training issues
  • Liaise with external training vendors for training projects and programs
  • Develop and coach trainers to improve their competency and performance
  • Lead any training and ad hoc projects

skills & experiences required.

  • Must have a Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in training, learning and development, training presentation from Insurance or Banking industry
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
