Vital to the success of our sites, we are always looking for candidates who have an excellent team attitude and who can go above and beyond their core duties.

Through a multi-disciplinary approach, you will help co-ordinate and manage the provision of care including complex clinical nursing procedures for residents within the facility with support of the Manager of Clinical Practice and Facility Manager.

You should be highly organised and self-motivated, and someone who can manage your time and be flexible with your workload. We offer a great team to work with and a supportive working environment.

Key Requirements 

  • Genuine commitment to making a difference to the lives of our residents
  • Division 1 Registered Nurse with current and valid AHPRA registration
  • Experience leading teams, and management of teams
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with residents, and liaise with Doctors, families.
  • Working towards a knowledge of Accreditation principles, ACFI, Aged Care Act and ability to ensure compliance requirements to the Aged Care Standards.
  • Experience with Health Metrics (E-case) or clinical systems desired.
