As the Registered Nurse - Medical Advice, Triage and Referral Services (MATRS) Clinician you will have exceptional phone handling and administration skills.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing quality clinical advice to patients. The MATRS Clinician is responsible for the clinical assessment, triage and provision of medical advice to Eligible Personnel via the 1800 IMSICK and All Hours Support Line (ASL) 24-hour telephone service. MATRS Clinicians shall be supported by contemporary clinical decision support tools and standard scripting as approved by the Commonwealth and in accordance with applicable professional standards, legislation and Defence Policies and Procedures.
