The purpose of the Business Division at Westpac is to support one of Australia’s most important assets – its businesses. We’re here to make Australian businesses stronger. As a Relationship Director (RD) you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of large sized non-institutional business customers. As a RD you will help manage our most complex customers and also be expected to develop and grow your portfolio.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role you will need to be a true expert in your field with extensive portfolio management experience of Business Customers. Strong credit skills (including cashflow lending) is a must as well as proven balance sheet analysis and complex deal structuring experience. Ideally, you must have a proven track record in Business Development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources.
