  JOB DESCRIPTION Basic Information Position Title Relationship Manager - TASC Grade As per structure Vertical Branch Banking Location Branches Business Liabilities Department Liabilities Sales Organizational Relationships Position Reporting to Deputy Vice President Branch Banking / Branch Manager Direct Reports if any NA Job Purpose Qualification Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduation Relevant Experience 2 - 4 yrs of Banking expereince, preferably localite, should not be more than 28 yrs of age Stability <=2 jobs Functional Competencies Knowledge of TASC Segment and  CMS Solutions KYC Knowledge, Legal & Technical knowledge, Collateral understanding, Good knowledge of the related geography, documentation management Interpersonal relationship skills and team handling skills. Analytical Skills, interpersonal and communication skills,  Well versed with English and local  Language , Primary knowledge of Computer, (specifically in Microsoft excel and Microsoft PowerPoint) Behavioral  Competencies Simplicity and Humility, Hard Work and Detailed Orientation, Integrity, Dynamic Growth, Industry Awareness, Customer Focus, Succeed Together,  Nurture Talent Job Responsibilities Financial Responsibilities Acquisition of HNI TASC accounts specifically accounts of Trust, Associations, Societies, Clubs (TASC) and NGO's  Responsible for managing & maintaining relationships with new & existing TASC clients.​ Responsible for acquisition of CASA, Term Deposits and managing relationship value ( RV) of existing TASC Responsible for managing an Institutional Banking portfolio Opening TASC accounts and Deliver an excellent service. Understand TASC KYC / Documentations and Pitch banks USP to TASC stakeholders Generate leads for other banking products offered by the bank like Assets, insurance, TPP etc. Leverages the banks relationships with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing with proactive banking solutions Non-Financial Responsibilities Handle the service requirement of customers, Handle the investment portfolio of the customer Position our value proposition linking benefits to the customer's key business requirement / issues Coordinate with the key customers and internal teams to ensure standard service delivery Ensuring the processes are understood & the same is carried out in regular functioning Building and maintaining relationship with External (High net worth TASC clients) and Internal stakeholders Achieve the assigned top line and CASA numbers and values. Work closely with Branch Banking team to develop sales and acquisition opportunities from this segment Compliance & Risk Responsibilities Maintaining confidentiality of information gathered from clients.  Maintaining confidentiality of company's information - not to be shared with anybody out of office in any form (Verbal , written , mail or any other form)  Safeguard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities , like Identity Card , SIM, Marketing material , Computer Systems, Company provided Mobile and printer
