Ø Develops and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities
Ø Deepens relationships sourcing family accounts
Ø Cross sells bank products & builds penetration for remote banking channels like net/mobile banking
Ø Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
Ø Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Ø Ensures high levels of customer service orientation to meet benchmark NPS.
Ø Collaborates with the field sales teams to ensure lower cycle times and best conversion ratios
Ø Graduate with min 2 years, or Post Graduate with a min of one year of experience
Ø Experience in tele-sales or relationship management in BFSI preferred.
Ø Certified in AMFI/IRDA
Ø Excellent communication skills – Verbal & Written
Ø Flair for Sales
Ø Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.
