Our client operates in Facilities and Certifications industry with a sizeable national operation. They offer various products and services and are going through a growth phase. They have sound leadership, proven track records in delivering great outcomes and are innovative and continually looking for ways to further their offering. They like to hire passionate people and are motivated and driven to really own their role and buy into the vision of the business. They have a Certification division headed nationally from Hobart and are seeking a Relationship/Account Manager to join the team. It will also allow for the role to be based in Hobart, Sydney or Brisbane.
YOUR NEXT ROLE:
You will be tasked with the following duties:
- Primarily internal with some external sales
- A lot of phone and email based problem solving and client solutions provisions
- Coordination of certification and recertification of client building facilities nationally
- Creating and providing reports to clients
- Analysing information and documentation and providing guidance
- Consultation as required
The main areas of the role are to take an existing set of clients over numerous states and manage them, add to this some new clients over time and build strong relationships where you can add value and recommend solutions over a long term period.
IS IT A FIT FOR YOU?
To meet the Essential Criteria you will ideally be tertiary qualified and have experience being in client solutions based roles to a B2B environment. You will have experience in account management, be autonomous and self-driven, be able to handle high volumes of information, be organised, highly analytical of information, accurate and fast written communication, have excellent attention to detail. You may have worked in any size business small to large but be able to work in a less structured model in an independent manner. You will travel on short trips equivalent to 1 out of 4 weeks per month interstate. Some Desirable Non-Essential Criteria may involve internal sales experience, a background working in a sales business providing client solutions, experience dealing with or working in facilities management or B2B call centre environment.
Start off with an existing set of clients which will contribute a sizeable amount towards your budget. This has the potential to become easy to manage long-term if you work hard in the beginning and lucrative in terms of commission opportunities. The role is flexible in terms of hours and autonomous.
