•Originate new business from:
üIndian and foreign private equity/ venture capital funds for multiple revenue streams i.e. fee income (fx, custody, escrow), financing, current account
üVery select NBFC and capital market clients (brokers) for bank’s asset / lending book and liability franchise including FX, current account, escrow etc
•Hands-on relationship management of bank’s existing private equity/venture capital fund clients and NBFC/Capital Market clients located mainly in Bangalore and selectively in other parts of south India and deeper mining for enhanced business
•End-to End internal coordination for transactions, regular account management for private equity/venture capital along with NBFC and capital market clients with multiple internal departments like treasury, custody, escrow, credit, CMS and other operations departments
•Origination of clients in the Consultancy segment for liability, fx and credit products.
•M.B.A from reputed institutes or C.A or CFA. Candidates without aforesaid qualifications may be considered only if candidate has hardcore relevant work experience
•Overall work experience in banking and financial services of around 6-9 years with hands-on experience of at least 2 years as a business development Relationship Manager sourcing fx, trade, asset and liability related products
•Knowledge of financial sector at large with specific interest of the private equity/real estate funds environment in particular will be preferred
•Sales orientation with persistence and drive to break into sticky business
•Familiarity with trade, fx, escrow accounts, asset products, cash management services is necessary.
• Spent minimum 1 year in the same division function role location
