Job Description


  • Proactively seeks to establish and understand customers’ real needs and expectations on their portfolios for insurance and investment
  • Executes sales on insurance and investment strategies/activities effectively
  • Takes responsibility for resolving issues with customers’ on their Wealth Management Portfolios
  • Builds and d - Monitors the total wealth management portfolios of customers providing regular market updates and advice through regular engagement
  • Develops relationships with customers
  • Provide excellent customer experience with every customer engagement and drive a high NPS
  • Proactively makes appointments and meets with clients to establish their requirements
  • Helps the customers understand which product of investment and/or insurance would best suit their needs, offering alternatives as appropriate based on their risk profile
  • Keeps up to date with new financial products such as investment, insurance and other wealth products on their features, benefits and details


  • At least 5 years experiences in sales for investments and insurance
  • Knowledge of banking products and services as well as exposure to investment products and process would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player with good relationship management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Certified with necessary licenses to sell relevant financial solutions for clients
