More about the role

Due to national growth, we are now seeking to bring on a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager (RM) is a new and evolving function in RateSetter that has already seen some great success. So much so, that we will be looking to double the size of this team in the next 6 months.

  • You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing vendor accounts as well as engaging with new brokers who are yet to partner with RateSetter.
  • Through strong a great sales intuition and tier 1 relationship management, you will have a focus on fostering and driving sustainable business growth over time.
  • We are fast growing and ever adapting business, constantly creating new opportunities for smart and driven individuals to fast-track their career.
  • That being said, we also lack the structure of larger sales institutions and therefore expect every individual to be driven in creating and executing their own structure that will achieve the end game results.

Experience in the Finance world is not a core requirement, we are looking for people who have a proven track record of results, love working in a collaborative environment and can really leverage their contacts to drive further success.

More about you

  • 2+ years’ experience working within a Business Development or Inside sales role
  • Proven Sales experience demonstrating how you have grown & developed a portfolio of accounts
  • Comfortable in compiling lists of prospective client businesses using directories or other sources
  • And then passionate about maintaining this in a clearly structured CRM
  • Acquiring and updating knowledge of employers and competitors goods and services and market conditions
  • A true solutions sales person and comfortable in assessing customers' needs, then recommending and explaining our products to them
  • Highly service oriented and passionate about going above and beyond for your customers
