Sources new bank customers through Lead generation model and responsible for conversion from external field support Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. Cross sells bank products to existing set of customers. Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. Plans and conducts special sales initiatives prospective and existing clients through different Product Managers Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Graduate with 4 -6 years of experience or Post Graduate with 2 -4 years of experience Certified in AMFI/IRDA Excellent communication skills – Verbal & Written Flair for Sales Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with 9hours shift Good listening skills and strong communication abilities. attitude & works with integrity Team Player, collaborative Self-motivated person including the ability to act as a role model within the organization.
