Job responsibilities :

  • Sell products/services achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/terri ries and overall business objectives
  • Support superior in managing day- -day operating expenditures against operating
    budgets ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) achieve
    sales targets for assigned businesses/terri ries
  • Track self/team progress against key performance indica rs and sales plans
  • Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed
  • Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/terri ries, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-s re merchandising
  • Report on the activities and products of the competi rs via inputs the competition reports
  • Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes
  • Maintain relevant cus mer data in appropriate cus mer relationship management databases
  • Execute continuous improvement activities enhance sales processes, sales plans, cus mer satisfaction, etc. Track and collect payments from cus mers
  • Maintain a cus mer complaints/issues log and follow up on cus mer issues
  • Respond cus mer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective cus mers of promotions and new/upgraded products

Job requirements :

  • Diploma or professional qualification in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
  • Up two years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competi rs/cus mers
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge in assigned terri ries/products/services and strong
    selling skills
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity ols (e.g. Excel, Word, Email)
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language
  • Able communicate in English / Japanese / Chinese would be a plus
