What You Will Be Responsible For
•    The Outlet Supervisor will support Assistant Outlet Manager of area in planning, organizing, controlling and directing the work of employees in the Restaurant or Bar, ensuring guest satisfaction.
•    Supervising the floor during meal periods to ensure that all standards and sequence of service are met through all the guest interactions.
•    Maintains a working knowledge of food, wines, spirits, cocktails
•    Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to the staff.
•    Observe performance and encourage when necessary.
•    Communicate with guest and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice. Listen to understand requests respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
•    Remain calm and alert especially during emergency situations, heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for the staff and other employees.
•    Resolve problem to the satisfaction of involved parties.
•    Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustment for consistency
•    Move throughout the facility and kitchen area (walk through) to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standard are met.
•    Support the entire Food and Beverage operation including supervising other areas if necessary.
•    Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer system

What You Will Bring

•    One to two years’ previous experience as an Outlet Supervisor in Food & Beverage outlet.
•    College education or equivalent experience;
•    Previous employment experience in a similar position with other luxury Hotels will be an added advantage;
•    Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
•    Strong knowledge and passion for everything food and beverage
•    Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
•    Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
•    Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.  Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
•    Positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach.
•    Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest.
•    Energetic and professional approach to his/her craft.
