What are we looking for?
Someone who likes to drive a high performing team culture, and that's committed to providing outstanding customer service through brand storytelling and exceptional interactions
You like to lead and inspire your team to achieve store sales, KPI targets and profitability goals whilst maintaining a flexible and consistent improvement mindset
Someone who has experience in coaching, developing and empowering your team with a communication and management style that aligns with the business
A love for driving store operational excellence - including visual merchandising, stock and inventory control and roster management in a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and awareness of how your choices as a leader effect your wider team
