As a Retail Sales / Builders Selections Consultant you will be working in a diverse role offering client tile consultations for our key residential builders and also be part of our enthusiastic sales team in the showroom.

Reporting to the Store Manager and working with our major clients, this role will support residential builders and their clients in all aspects of their tile selections for their new homes. You will also provide expert advice and service to our customers in the showroom.

The challenge for you is to bring your positivity and energy to the team, be motivated to succeed and constantly develop your industry knowledge so that you are a true expert in your field.  

Your infectious passion for sales will naturally generate demand, interest and excitement for Beaumont Tiles customers and inspire them with an outstanding experience every time.  There is no limit to what you can achieve!

YOU…

• An experienced Colour Consultant or Interior Designer with a passion for customer relationship management and consultation.
• Have proven success in sales and can easily build rapport and trust with your client.
• Someone with vision who can bring customers dreams to life.
• Efficient with follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction is at its optimum.
• Possess the professionalism and ability to be self-managed and to work independently.
• Strong customer service focus

• Both group orientated and the ability to well work independently
• Effective with time management and appointment scheduling
• Tile and bathroomware product knowledge and design qualifications are considered an advantage
• A natural flair for design and colour essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
