We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Account Executive - Sales folks with a proven track record in SaaS and adheres to a solution/value-driven sales approach. You will be tapping into potential client opportunities, generating new business, and managing client relationships as a trusted advisor and bringing value to our customers. You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best options and sell Engagedly’s solutions. Although you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act as the clients’ internal advocate and in the clients' best interest.
You should be ready to handle a high-velocity business either in the APAC or EMEA region. You must possess a "hunter/closer" mentality with a proven track record of success within a value-driven sales model.
What will I be doing?
Meet and exceed sales quotas by closing customer contracts ranging in size from, build and grow pipeline, accurately forecast, prospect account base for new opportunities, identify and win new business accounts.
Own your business: Increase sales, develop leads, and close opportunities - Develop territory strategy plan and specific account plans, acquire net new customers, create and execute demand generation plans within the territory.
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor through being assertive, present, and relevant - Build relationships with customers through all phases of the sales life cycle.
Identify and care for customer needs, maintain accuracy, develop a process for meaningful customer experience, prospect, develop, manage, and execute a sales plan to support lead generation and full sales cycle management.
Leverage internal and external tools to maximize customer information on Hubspot CRM, provide feedback on pre-sales issues and competitive trends, use sales tools to identify and profile, quote, invoice, and collect revenue from customers, curate customer testimonials.
Be accountable for the attainment of assigned new customer acquisition and financial performance targets.
Working closely with other teams - marketing, outbound sales development to drive market awareness and build a pipeline for the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
What skills do I need?
5-9 years B2B SaaS experience with medium-large accounts
Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close businesses in an evangelistic sale environment
Experience selling SaaS into a C-Suite and with customers through all phases of the life cycle
Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through effectively hunting, prospecting, networking and lead generation activities
Proven track record of exceptional sales success and operational excellence
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, accountable approach, combined with a strong sense of teamwork
Hunt and close aggressively while owning the sales cycle
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship building skills
