The Missing Link is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Account Executive to join our team in Sydney. Working within an energetic, highly motivated sales team and established client base, you will be provided ongoing support, training and development to be successful in the role, all within a flexible working environment.

It is expected that you will be self-motivated, passionate and responsive to client and internal requirements as needed. Whilst you will enjoy the teamwork environment, you will also relish the opportunity to work autonomously to achieve results.

As part of this role, you will be expected to:

  • work closely with our Marketing, Inside Sales Team, and Technical resources to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business in both existing clients and prospects
  • maintain client touch point, with onsite visits and calling schedule
  • contact and work on new leads/opportunities
  • create quotes and proposals
  • maintain CRM hygiene & keep pipeline up to date
  • maintain product & solution knowledge


  • previous experience in the IT industry
