You will be reporting to the Head of BD & Partnership and be involved in helping develop scalable processes & grow the company. The right person takes initiative, likes to learn & deals with integrity.
You will be responsible for :
Owning and achieving new accounts acquisition targets by planning and organising daily work schedule startups, online merchants and SMEs for targeted industries
Managing direct sales approach which will include outbound cold-calling (telesales), direct approach, in chat, email marketing, or any suitable approaches
Owning end-to-end outbound sales management, lead generation initiatives and results with a pragmatic and performance-driven mindset
Organising and joining offline events to build the company's network in Thailand
Ad-hoc sales support
You have at least 2 years of experience as a B2B Sales Acquisition Executive or similar role
You are fluent in both Thai and English to liaise with internal teams
You possess a hunter mindset to find new clients
You have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
You have a passion for a startup and fast morning environment
You are a critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
You are a strong team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
You have a high sense of urgency and are able to work with low supervision.
