The Job

You will be reporting to the Head of BD & Partnership and be involved in helping develop scalable processes & grow the company. The right person takes initiative, likes to learn & deals with integrity.

You will be responsible for :

  • Owning and achieving new accounts acquisition targets by planning and organising daily work schedule startups, online merchants and SMEs for targeted industries
  • Managing direct sales approach which will include outbound cold-calling (telesales), direct approach, in chat, email marketing, or any suitable approaches
  • Owning end-to-end outbound sales management, lead generation initiatives and results with a pragmatic and performance-driven mindset
  • Organising and joining offline events to build the company's network in Thailand
  • Ad-hoc sales support

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a B2B Sales Acquisition Executive or similar role
  • You are fluent in both Thai and English to liaise with internal teams
  • You possess a hunter mindset to find new clients
  • You have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • You have a passion for a startup and fast morning environment
  • You are a critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
  • You are a strong team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You have a high sense of urgency and are able to work with low supervision.
