Hasbro Pacific has an exciting for a data driven and attention-focused individual to join our eCommerce sales team as Sales Administrator. This is a full-time fixed-term contract position, based in our Macquarie Park, Sydney office.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the product information database for use across all eCommerce platforms by merging various product information sourced from various locations.
  • Complete product import templates for Amazon, eBay & omni-Channel retailers.
  • Generate & maintain Keyword reports and database for each brand and product.
  • Support the eCommerce sales team with the completion of weekly reporting, monthly eCommerce review decks, product forecast inputs and value-add spend tracking.

The Skills and Experience that you will bring:

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills.
  • Above average typing speed
  • Ability to work and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Willingness to work on repetitive tasks
  • Interest in the eCommerce sales process
