Sales Assistant - Fluent Chinese & English

Role functions

• Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company;
• Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time;
• Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately;
• Management on the exhibition and training center;
• Help with Event Management;
• Assist with division meeting arrangement, documentation management and team building events;
• Support the division director with travel arrangements, expense management and travel expense declarations;
• Undertake a variety of administrative and organizational tasks relating to the current needs within the team;
• Perform general secretarial and team support tasks.

About you

Here's a list of some of the things we pay attention to in our hiring process:

• Major in power/electrical/engineering/mechanical, Bachelor's Degree;
• 1+ years’ sales support experience is plus;
• Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken); German will be considered a plus;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite;
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture;
• Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude;
• Service-oriented, ability to learn quickly and adoptive to fast pace of work;
• Good planning and organizing skills.
