10Times is looking for an ambitious and aggressive business development professional to develop sales strategies and attract new customers in the domestic/international market. The BDM will be working from home & play a key role in increasing the customer base by giving product demos on our platform named “FLOOR”. The ideal candidate is aware of the current market trends within the industry, customer and consumer behavior and is an early adopter of technology.
The Job Definition
Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, acquiring clients & maintaining client relationships resulting in customer retention/ renewals and ‘word of mouth’ referrals over the phone.
Leads Customer Journey
Actively maintains and expands client databases in the various segments in the assigned region.
Manage the entire new business development pipeline from lead generation, handling initial sales calls, online product demos till closure.
Research and plans for Customer calls/demo on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Understand the market, customers’ and use data to increase individual productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Accurately forecast weekly and monthly customer acquisition and revenue.
Create a positive brand image/awareness of 10times and our inbuilt product ‘FLOOR’ to new prospective clients on the call.
Keeps a customer centric approach in sales calls, follows the set protocol with the objective to build long lasting relationships with the customer.
Captures Customer success as a case study and shares with the relevant teams.
Ensures appropriate hand-overs and seamless transition to post sales teams in a timely manner.
Learn and explore new methods on a daily basis to generate high-quality leads and prospects.
What are we looking for?
1-2 years of experience preferably in international sales / inside sales.
Exposure of handling client calls and giving product demos online is a must.
Strong ethical practices for customer acquisition.
Market knowledge and sales skills to acquire customers.
Effective communicator and negotiator with strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational ability.
