As a Junior Sales Associate, you will be on the frontline of a dynamic aerospace organisation learning from the best industry leaders across the market.
Support internal and external sales programs under direction of Global sales leaders.
Learn and apply consultative selling techniques and develop unique perspectives on customer businesses.
Building an unrivalled understanding of our customers through industry and business research.
Coach customer stakeholders to build consensus for new solutions.
Independently and collaboratively strategise for solving deal-level challenges.
Conduct market research to identify key selling possibilities.
Support the local sales management team develop internal and external selling proposals.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
Perform administrative tasks such as reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities and submission of reports
Proactively identify and assist the Sales team to obtain real and sustained continuous improvement
Demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both personal and organisational trust.
Has the ability to work flexible hours around the needs of both customers and CHC
To undertake any other duties as requested by the Sales and Marketing Manager in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with a strong academic track record or similar
Sales or Commercial experience is ideal
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferable
Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Good written and verbal communication skills
A self-motivated and driven individual that thrives to succeed
Strong desire to progress their career within a sales environment
Demonstrates confidence, expertise and maturity to handle dynamic and challenging situations
