As Sales Consultant -- Public Accounts you will be representing ADP and all the services and products that we can offer to our clients. Your main responsibility is on creating new business opportunities with existing clients & prospects and make sure you close the deal. The average sales cycle is around 6-12 months. You will be directly reporting to the Sales Manager Public and will have tight relationships with other local District Managers, Sales Managers and important stakeholders in the ADP organization. Other responsibilities you'll have are:
Identify and close sales in the Governmental- Healthcare and Education segment in assigned territory;
Product-agnostic selling: Promote HCM, payroll solutions and services that best address a client's and prospect's needs;
Establishing clear view on target account needs, build account plans where necessary, identify key stakeholders and decision makers;
Arrange appointments and undertake visits;
Effectively lead and manage price & contract negotiations;
Utilize all available sales tools to maximize sales efficiency (SFDC);
Conduct regular business reviews with clients and/or prospects.
We are looking for a candidate that is just as enthusiastic and eager as we are. But also someone who can bring in:
Have excellent selling and communication skills, with particular focus on selling in the Public area with European Tenders, RFi's and RFP's
Dutch & English: native speaker/writer, comfortable with talking in English/Dutch with diverse audiences, appropriately adjusts client needs with multiple audience levels.
The candidate has great analytic skills, should have a high level of skill in writing in the English/Dutch language responding European tenders and RFP's with our Business Consultants and Bidmanager
Develop broad understanding of Public market characteristics and client / prospect needs
Independently identify opportunities for ADP across local payroll and non-payroll solutions; adapt to fast-paced sales environment
Successfully engage with clients and prospects on all organizational levels to effectively close deals; serve as trusted ambassador for ADP
Drive business opportunities through "challenger" mindset, while complying with core ADP values ("win it right, win it together")
Negotiate and close contracts in local language and English
At Least 5 years of sales experience.
