About the role

Redox has one of the largest intakes of tertiary graduates in the industry, we want to empower you to employ your knowledge and develop your commercial capability.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be put in charge of a portfolio of industrial accounts. You will be able to use your excellent people skills to forge strong relationships with clients, build up sales and expand your abilities. Getting on the road to visit clients is exciting and rewarding, you will get to visit your clients regularly and present Redox’s products and services.

Achieving targets and developing sales will see your career grow at Redox, with those who achieve targets rewarded with incentive bonuses. Over time you will be given opportunities to progress throughout the business undertaking multiple roles from alternative aspects whilst expanding your skills along the way.

Our graduates are entry-level sales enthusiasts, provided with continuous mentoring and one-on-one training by some of the most senior and experienced employees.

In this role you will:

  • Identify sales opportunities within your customer base
  • Establish strong relationships with key client contacts
  • Locate new clients
  • Present Redox and our value proposition
  • Formulate and negotiate pricing
  • Attain market intelligence

Skills and Experience

  • You will be a recent graduate, early in your career who is keen to learn and be developed into a successful and leading sales person.
  • The right candidate is a ‘people person’ with the ability to build relationships and connect with people from all walks of life.
  • You are organised with exceptional time management skills, possessing strong analytical ability, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Redox staff enjoy working within a fun, boisterous team environment but are self-motivated and enjoy beating personal targets and goals.
  • To be successful in a career at Redox you’ll be resourceful, curious, organised, and meticulous.
  • An understanding of chemistry or chemicals would be desirable albeit not essential, due to the nature of the ingredients we distribute.

Requirements:

You must have –

  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Business – it’s looked upon favourably if you have majored in chemistry (or similar).
  • You have high quality communication skills; written, verbal and in presentation settings. Including a professional and courteous phone style.
  • Citizenship or permanent residence status.
  • Drivers Licence and car.
