We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player to join our fast-growing ANZ team as an Sales Development Representative. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for following up, cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads. Qualified candidates should be self-starters with proven track records of success in their professional and personal or collegiate lives.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity at our ANZ Headquarters in Melbourne, Australia.

What you'll get to do:

    • Create a fantastic first impression to prospects and customers while building a pipeline for the Zendesk Field Sales Executives
    • Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive new business and deliver on the strategy for your region
    • Understand customer requirements and identify potential applications for Zendesk solutions
    • Respond to inbound requests via zendesk support, the telephone and email
    • Organize and categorize sales lead information into Salesforce
    • Focus on building a great team environment for a fun and energetic atmosphere
    • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

What we are looking for:

    • KPI driven (high-volume) phone sales/consulting experience
    • Excellent written skills and naturally articulate
    • Persuasive and naturally curious
    • Proven success in meeting monthly targets
    • Real passion for developing a career in technology sales
    • Experienced in common sales methodology E.G. Sandler, Franklin Covey
    • Experience with social prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with both internal and external clients
    • Strong time management skills
    • High energy team player
    • Experience using
