KONE has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Sales Engineer to  pioneer our growing business in Region I, II and CAR. Based in Baguio, you will maintain and develop new and existing clients in the medium to top construction developers in the area.

What will you be doing?

•Proactively develop customer relationships and have a connection with people in the business
•Handle Volume Sales to meet targeted KPIs

•Build rapport and resolve customer issues in a constructive manner
•Understand customer needs and requirements to capitalise on all lead opportunities, orders and contracts
•Build key relationships and drive alignment with internal stakeholders
•Estimating, tendering and quoting small and large project submissions and actively following up

Are you the one?

•Proven track record in sales handling business-to-business (b2b)

•A passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
•Holds a driver's license and must be open to travel

•Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
•Strong experience with reporting, forecasting and pricing

•Knowledgeable in CRM and Salesforce

•Can speak the local or native dialect used in this region, highly desirable
