Job Description



The Key Account's primary requirement is having good experience working and good network within PLN. They will need to develop new markets like Industrial and Construction market. Client Details Our client is a multinational conglomerate corporation with revenue of US 30 Bio in total sales worldwide and has operations in more than 70 countries. Their product portfolio includes abrasives, adhesives, advanced materials, ceramics, adv. composites, electronic materials, films, nanotechnology, nonwovens and special materials. Description * Understand sales goals, responsible for sales performance, achieve sales objectives as set by management for the specific products in the assigned channel/account/territory. Manage sales territory with general supervision and assistance; * Manage and develop the electrical market in any area appointed by supervisor, monitor electrical market trend, competitor activities and proactively report all new or unusual pertinent market conditions to supervisor as well as product performance information; * Assist manager in establishing and applying business plans. Apply business unit marketing policies, procedures and plans. Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute the most effective and efficient promotion program to boost up sales for key channel/accounts/end user; * Establish and maintain good relationships with channel and key Accounts assigned, collaborate with technical and sales teams, distributor's team, support function, cross function and vendor. * Ensure to get the best service level rate by doing intense communication with end user/Distributors, manage distributor Business Plan (including account profile, account plan, in-field execution), monthly distributor Business Review, invoice payment, distributor stock and forecast info. * Handling simple or moderate complaint independently, request instruction and assistance from supervisor in handling situations which require either greater or different experience or knowledge; * Discuss key channel/Key Account plan and obstacles with supervisor frequently, develop new channels independently if needed; * Represent business unit products and services to customers/prospect and provide appropriate sales support and services to customers and distributors; * Ensure a monthly call plan and daily call update in SFDC to reach call target per day. * Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor Profile - Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university - Minimum 5 years related working experience as sales engineer or business development in MNC company in related industry - Good knowledge of customer segments and their needs in the related market; Good experience in Electrical market, power utilities (PLN/IPP) and Mechanical & Electrical (ME) contractors - Strong selling skill, negotiation skill, excellent presentation skill, influencing skill, communication skill, written and verbal communication in both the English and Bahasa Indonesia languages - Proficient in MS Office - Good analytical thinking and quantitative analysis skill - Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and work in a team - Good leadership and able to work in a cross functional team - Good time and territory management skill is preferred - Honest, high achiever, persistent, fast response and winning mindset attitude Job Offer - Multinational Exposure - Work and life balance - Great company culture - Career progression To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
