The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role is pivotal in creating value for our Gold Mining customers - achieving competitive differentiation and profitable growth for Pall. With the flexibility of working from home, your territory will include Forbes/Orange Mid West Goldfields.

The portfolio of clients is established and of high profile. Leveraging off these relationships you will focus on engaging new business opportnities to increase Pall’s market share. 

You will have an extensive induction training program including the opportunity to visit our Head Office in Melbourne and receive on the job training.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales projections and establishing sales strategies and tactics to increase Pall's market share within the filtration business with Key Customers

  • Prospecting for new customers and opportunites

  • Sales Funnel & Key Account Management

  • Account planning, opportunity management & visit reports in CRM on a weekly basis

  • Providing effective commercial and technical support to all customers.

About You:

With a background in industrial environments, you will be an experienced Sales Engineer/Account Manager who prides themselves on their tenacity, customer centric approach and sales acumen. Ideally you will have knowledge in the field of hydraulics, lubrication, filtration and/or condition monitoring and sound mechanical aptitude.

A true 'hunter', you will thrive in a competitive and fast paced environment and your technical aptitude will ensure you see sales through to completion.

Trade or engineering qualifications will be highly regarded, but not essential.
