Our Client is looking for a Sales Executive - New Business for the DACH region. They divide their sales activity into account management (existing customers) and new business (new customer acquisition). The Company has aggressive growth goals and sees the New Business area as a strategic pillar for achieving these ambitious goals. They are a leading provider of field service management solutions and have been offering SaaS solutions since 2005.

Your Responsibilities:



  • Responsibility for the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing

  • Presentation of our SaaS solution to prospects using a consultative sales approach

  • Fulfillment of the set sales targets

  • Lead generation will be done by both the support of SDRs as well as your own initiative.

  • Direct reporting to the Country Manager DACH / head of German branch



Your Qualifications:



  • Hunter mentality, high level of self-motivation and drive

  • Very good presentation and communication skills, as well as interpersonal competence and confident demeanor

  • High degree of customer and solution orientation, quick comprehension and analytical thinking

  • Business understanding: business processes and strategic goals of companies, ideally already with experience in the customer service and service environment

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales of software solutions that require explanation and complex solution selling 

  • Good MS office skills

  • Good written and spoken English skills for internal communication with their French parent company

  • Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria, Switzerland (approx. 1-2 days a week)
