Description: Vertical: Liability Business: Retail Branch Banking Department: Banking – Liabilities Reporting to: Team Leader / Branch Sales Manager / Branch Manager (rural locations) Qualification: Graduate (Exception hire 12th Pass/10th Pass). Relevant Experience: Fresher / 1-2 years’ experience in Field Sales (liability/insurance sales preferred).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of CASA & liabilities a/c from cold calling, market reference, cross-sell and selling of third-party products (life & health insurance, Mutual funds SIPs).
  • Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch in order to grow the Liabilities business and achievement of sales targets.
  • Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels – campaigns (in the vicinity), branch walk-ins, referrals from existing customers, through industry bodies and associations and through the running industry.
  • Achieving overall numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
  • Ensuring the timely opening of accounts and giving a smooth onboarding experience to NTB customers.
  • Understanding of KYC, AML guidelines and complying with Bank policies and guidelines for the role and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the Sales targets in no’s & values are met as per defined scorecard.

Job Requirement:

  • Any Graduate can apply.
  • Basic level of comprehension and communication is required to handle the HNI client.
  • The official designation of Bank Officer, however, candidates will be involved in direct sales. Products like Current account, Saving account, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, General Insurance, etc will be part of their arsenal.
  • Candidates should be open to signing the agreement of 1 year with the organization. In case they leave the company within a span of 1 year, they are liable to pay the salary of 6 months to the organization.
  • Candidate should be having two-wheelers with valid RC belonging to his/her name or on the name of someone in blood relation.
  • Candidates will have a huge opportunity to earn massive incentives basis the sale made by them however apart from this there is no other reimbursement available for them.
