We’ll look to you to develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for your country. You will grow the business by managing the sales team to successfully deliver business results against targets with acquiring new clients for international payments and foreign exchange projects from the small to medium-sized enterprises and corporate market. You will lead and motivate the team by example in terms of proactive lead generation, hosting events, networking and association focus, as well as industry and geographical focus. You will also plan and define strategies, and ensure that they are executed and articulated.
We need you to have extensive experience in business to business sales, ideally in the financial services industry as well solid leadership experience within a targeted environment. You are results-driven with a proven sales track record and the desire to coach and develop your team to success. An understanding of foreign exchange markets and products would be a benefit. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable
